Job Summary
Engage with patients to identify individual goals and medical needs, then manage a caseload of one patient per hour with focused attention. Design and implement comprehensive care plans using evidence-based interventions and therapeutic techniques to improve mobility. Perform regular assessments of progress, adjusting strategies based on outcomes, while educating patients on their rehabilitation journey. Document all interactions and sessions using WebPT EMR software. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care for individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, sports injuries, and chronic pain. Operate onsite Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist in California
- A clean professional record free from board or disciplinary issues
- Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques
- Experience in developing and implementing exercise rehabilitation protocols
- Familiarity with EMR software, particularly with WebPT for efficient document management
