Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions to develop tailored treatment plans for orthopedic surgeries, injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Implement personalized therapeutic interventions focusing on improving mobility, strength, balance, flexibility, and pain relief in home care settings. Participate in clinical teaching and mentorship of interns, students, and residents, while organizing annual in-service training sessions to enhance staff understanding of clinical practices. Collaborate with management to identify areas for clinical research and contribute to studies within your area of expertise. This role offers a salary range of USD 110,000 to 130,000 annually with comprehensive healthcare benefits, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for continuing education.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Physical Therapy license in the state of New Jersey
- At least 2 years of clinical experience in orthopedic physical therapy
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and their families, as well as fellow healthcare professionals
