Job Summary
Assess and evaluate patients' physical abilities and rehabilitation needs to develop individualized treatment plans. Implement evidence-based methods including manual therapy and therapeutic exercise regimens tailored to specific orthopedic conditions. Guide patients through progressive rehabilitation programs while monitoring progress and adjusting care based on ongoing feedback. Document all interactions and treatment effectiveness according to regulatory standards. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care. Work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM in a state-of-the-art rehabilitation center.
Required Qualifications
- A Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT) from an accredited institution.
- An active state license for practicing as a Physical Therapist.
- A minimum of three years of experience in a physical therapy or relevant clinical setting, particularly within orthopedic practice.
- A clean professional standing with no prior board or disciplinary actions against your license.

- Experience working in outpatient orthopedic therapy environments, demonstrating familiarity with both therapeutic exercise design and manual therapy techniques.
- Proven ability to create and implement personalized wellness and rehabilitation programs that effectively address diverse patient needs.
