Job Summary
Conduct thorough orthopedic patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices. Implement therapeutic interventions including manual therapy and exercise, while continuously monitoring progress and modifying plans to ensure optimal recovery. Provide patient education on condition management and home exercise programs, and recommend assistive devices as needed. Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and literature review. Focus primarily on patients recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain in a collaborative outpatient setting. Required Qualifications
- A Doctorate's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Currently active state license to practice Physical Therapy in Virginia
