Job Summary
Assess and diagnose patients referred by physicians to develop personalized treatment plans, then administer hands-on therapeutic care following evidence-based practices to enhance recovery and mobility. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in case discussions and treatment strategy meetings to maximize patient outcomes. Educate patients and families on exercises, care techniques, and injury prevention while maintaining thorough documentation of progress and treatment responses. Achieve established utilization goals and contribute to clinic-wide initiatives to enhance service delivery. This full-time role is onsite at our dedicated Rehabilitation Center in Appomattox, Virginia, with an annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-approved program
- A valid State License to practice Physical Therapy in Virginia
- A Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient computer and documentation skills for maintaining accurate patient records
Desired Qualifications
