Job Summary
Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' functional capabilities using standardized assessment tools. Develop comprehensive, personalized treatment plans based on findings and implement evidence-based interventions including therapeutic exercises and manual therapy. Monitor patient progress consistently, adjusting protocols as necessary, and educate patients and families on self-care strategies and injury prevention. Preserve accurate documentation for all interactions to comply with regulatory standards. Work onsite Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm with a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's or Doctorate degree (DPT) in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- A valid New Jersey license to practice as a Physical Therapist
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a physical therapy setting, with a focus on orthopedic rehabilitation
- Demonstrated strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills to tailor treatment protocols effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for productive interactions with patients and team members
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating flexibility in treatment approaches
- Full-time position based onsite at the rehabilitation facility
- Work Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and familiarity with therapy management software
- A background in telemetry or performance metrics tracking
