Job Summary
Develop and implement individualized physical therapy programs for patients recovering from orthopedic conditions, including post-surgery rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. Provide expert hands-on therapy techniques to alleviate pain and restore function while monitoring and documenting patient progress. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and engage with insurance providers to facilitate treatment plan approvals. Maintain thorough documentation to comply with regulatory standards. This role involves working onsite in a collaborative, patient-centered environment with a maximum of two patients at a time. A valid New Jersey Physical Therapist license and Bachelor's degree are required, with 2+ years of orthopedic experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Possession of a valid Physical Therapist license in New Jersey
- A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field
- Ability to engage in a physically demanding workload, including assisting patients with mobility and therapeutic exercises
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A compassionate, patient-centered approach to delivering quality care
Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in physical therapy, particularly within rehabilitation environments focusing on orthopedic issues
