Job Summary
Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans for adults recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions. Deliver evidence-based therapy services utilizing manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education to achieve optimal outcomes. Efficiently manage a daily caseload averaging one patient per hour while providing ongoing motivation and support. Collaborate with a cross-disciplinary team including two physical therapists and one PTA to coordinate comprehensive care. Thoroughly document all patient interactions and treatment protocols using the WebPT EMR system to maintain compliance. Work onsite at our Santa Ana facility Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM.
Required Qualifications
- A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
- Active and unrestricted physical therapist licensure in the state of California
- A clean professional record with no disciplinary actions against your license
- Strong foundational knowledge of orthopedic physical therapy principles and practices
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience working in an orthopedic outpatient setting
- Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and exercise prescription
- Familiarity with EMR systems, particularly WebPT, for effective patient record management
