Job Summary
Conduct thorough patient evaluations to assess physical conditions and needs, then develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices. Implement therapeutic interventions including exercises, manual therapy, and advanced modalities to alleviate pain and improve mobility. Regularly track treatment progress, document records, and reassess interventions based on patient feedback. Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff for integrated care and provide education to patients and families. Serve a diverse population recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain. Maintain knowledge of industry best practices through continuing education.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- A valid and active Physical Therapy license in the state of Florida
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in electronic medical record systems and basic computer skills
- A flexible approach to patient care, demonstrating adaptability in various treatment situations

- A Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- Prior work experience in outpatient orthopedic settings
