Job Summary
Assess and evaluate patients' physical conditions through comprehensive examinations and functional assessments. Collaborate with patients to establish meaningful goals and develop personalized treatment plans incorporating manual therapy, therapeutic modalities, and exercise programs. Educate patients on rehabilitation protocols, injury prevention, and wellness practices while monitoring progress and adjusting plans as necessary. Communicate regularly with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care for individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and musculoskeletal disorders. Regular work hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Requires a Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy, an active state license, and at least three years of experience in orthopedic outpatient settings.
Required Qualifications
- A Master's degree (MPT) or Doctorate degree (DPT) in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- A valid and active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
- At least three (3) years of professional experience in physical therapy, specifically in orthopedic outpatient settings.
- Proven track record of good standing with no disciplinary actions or board violations on your license.
- Strong proficiency in manual therapy modalities and design of individualized exercise regimens.
