Job Summary
Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians to assess functional capabilities and limitations. Develop and implement individualized orthopedic treatment programs utilizing therapeutic modalities and exercises to promote recovery and prevent injuries. Engage with patients and families to educate them on conditions and involve them in treatment plans while monitoring progress to adjust protocols as needed. Maintain detailed documentation of patient progress and treatment protocols in compliance with regulatory standards. Participate in team meetings to discuss cases and strategies for continuous improvement in patient care. Treat a diverse population including individuals with orthopedic injuries, sports-related conditions, and post-surgical rehabilitations across pediatric and geriatric clients.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field
- State License in Physical Therapy
- Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) software and basic office software

- Demonstrated ability to build strong patient relationships and achieve positive clinical outcomes
- Familiarity with community health resources and networking within the local healthcare system
