Job Summary

Conduct thorough assessments of patients to understand their goals, limitations, and functional needs. Design and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing various therapeutic techniques to enhance mobility and reduce pain. Deliver evidence-based interventions, including manual therapies, therapeutic exercises, and modalities, tailored to each patient's condition. Educate patients on their diagnoses and treatment plans, helping them to understand the importance of compliance and home exercises. Regularly monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure continuous improvement. Work with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and occupational therapists, to coordinate comprehensive care for patients. Engage in community outreach and wellness programs, promoting healthy lifestyles and preventative care. Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Required Qualifications

  • A Master's Degree or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • An active state license as a Physical Therapist
  • A minimum of two years of experience in orthopedic rehabilitation, particularly with patients experiencing musculoskeletal injuries
  • Strong patient care background, with experience in assessments, treatment planning, and executing direct patient care
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with patients, their families, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Adept at managing diverse patient personalities and tailoring communication style to meet their needs effectively
