Job Summary
Evaluate patients referred by physicians and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to specific needs and goals. Implement and monitor therapeutic exercises and interventions, adjusting plans based on ongoing assessments and progress. Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver high-quality orthopedic care, conducting patient education sessions on rehabilitation exercises, injury prevention, and pain management strategies. Document patient progress accurately and maintain a respectful atmosphere while engaging actively with colleagues to enhance collective outcomes. This full-time role in Culpeper, Virginia, supports a diverse population recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions.
Required Qualifications
- A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT)
- A valid State License in Physical Therapy
- two years of experience in a clinical setting
- Current Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in word processing and computer skills
