Job Summary
Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, assessing their medical history, physical condition, and rehabilitation needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to specific goals, delivering high-quality therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and modalities. Maintain comprehensive documentation to track progress, provide education on treatment protocols and self-management strategies, and collaborate with healthcare professionals for case discussions. Treat diverse populations focusing on orthopedic conditions, post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, chronic pain, and pediatric needs. Meet minimum utilization goals and business objectives while building authentic connections to promote functional recovery and emotional wellbeing.
Required Qualifications
- A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT)
- A valid State License in Physical Therapy to practice in New Jersey
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Computer proficiency
- Ability to build positive relationships with patients
- A passionate approach to physical therapy that demonstrates empathy, patience, and commitment to patient-centric care
- Onsite work at the Rehabilitation Center in Princeton, New Jersey
- Full-time employment status
Desired Qualifications
- At least two years of clinical experience in the field of physical therapy, particularly with an emphasis on orthopedic rehabilitation
