Orthopedic Physical Therapist – Full-Time Onsite Position

Job Summary
Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' physical abilities, limitations, and rehabilitation needs, then design and modify individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain. Administer therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, targeted exercises, neuromuscular education, and modalities like ultrasound and electrical stimulation. Document all interactions and progress notes in compliance with clinic standards while collaborating with physicians and occupational therapists to optimize care. Educate patients and families on injury prevention strategies and home exercise programs. Work onsite primarily in the patient's home setting from Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or a Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Missouri
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting
- Proficiency in therapeutic techniques, particularly manual therapy and functional mobility assessments
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- A collaborative spirit with the ability to work seamlessly within a multidisciplinary team environment
- Full-time onsite position
- Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in home care services
- Knowledge of community resources for rehabilitation
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Familiarity with documentation practices
- New graduates with relevant clinical rotation experience
