Job Summary
Conduct thorough patient evaluations to assess individual needs and guide treatment planning for orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine populations. Develop, implement, and modify personalized treatment programs based on physician referrals, utilizing manual therapy and exercise prescription to enhance recovery. Deliver skilled therapeutic care onsite or via home health visits while educating patients and families on care plans and lifestyle modifications. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to maximize outcomes and achieve minimum utilization standards. Requires a DPT, current state license, and two years of clinical experience. Full-time onsite role in Destin, Florida with a salary of $100,000 to $120,000.
Required Qualifications
- A valid Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
- Current State License in Physical Therapy, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- At least two years of relevant clinical experience in a physical therapy setting.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Proficient in word processing and using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- This full-time position is designed for professionals who possess a strong commitment to patient care and rehabilitation
- This position is exclusively onsite at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Facility located in Destin, Florida.
Desired Qualifications
