Job Summary
Conduct thorough assessments of patients recovering from orthopedic conditions to identify individual mobility and strength goals. Develop and implement customized care plans utilizing evidence-based practices and advanced modalities to restore function. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize recovery outcomes while educating patients and families on rehabilitation techniques and preventative measures. Monitor progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal results. Document all interactions and plans accurately in compliance with regulatory standards. This full-time onsite role is based in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, with a salary of $110,000 to $130,000.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- An active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey
- Strong foundational knowledge of orthopedic rehabilitation and evidence-based physical therapy practices
- Demonstrated proficiency in conducting patient assessments, treatment planning, and executing physical therapy interventions
Desired Qualifications
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience working in orthopedic rehabilitation, with demonstrated success in treating a variety of musculoskeletal injuries
- Effective communication skills for engaging with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams; ability to foster trust and rapport with clientele
- Experience managing diverse patient personalities and adapting treatment approaches accordingly to enhance compliance and success
- Preference for a Master's Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
