Job Summary
Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients to develop personalized orthopedic treatment plans for adults and children with orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation and sports injuries. Implement evidence-based treatment strategies using advanced modalities to facilitate recovery while providing hands-on therapy and rehabilitation exercises. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to create cohesive care plans and educate patients on injury prevention and long-term self-care. Complete ongoing documentation of patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on response to therapy. This role operates within a home care setting in Wayne, New Jersey, offering a salary of $110,000 to $130,000 yearly.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- An active Physical Therapist licensure in the state of New Jersey
- At least two years of experience as a physical therapist
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
