Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to identify goals and requirements, then manage a caseload of one individual per hour with focused therapy. Implement tailored treatment techniques to reduce pain and restore function while developing customized fitness and wellness programs based on individual evaluations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to monitor progress, document outcomes in WebPT, and adapt care plans as necessary. Educate patients on their conditions and techniques to empower active participation in their recovery journey.
Required Qualifications
- Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution
- Valid, unrestricted state license as a Physical Therapist in Florida
- Impeccable professional record with no history of board or disciplinary actions
- Competencies in manual therapy techniques and therapeutic modalities
- Expertise in developing and applying exercise protocols that meet diverse patient needs
- Proficiency in utilizing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software, particularly WebPT, to track patient progress and maintain care documentation
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings
- Familiarity with sports medicine and injury rehabilitation
- History of successful patient management
