Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive evaluations to understand patients' functional limitations and develop individualized treatment plans for orthopedic conditions including musculoskeletal injuries and post-surgical rehabilitation. Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver interventions that enhance mobility and strength, while monitoring progress and adjusting strategies to ensure optimal outcomes. Provide education and coaching to motivate patients, collaborate with healthcare professionals on integrated care strategies, and participate in team meetings to review patient care. Work onsite at our outpatient office Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Required Qualifications
- A Master's Degree or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- An active state license as a Physical Therapist
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in orthopedic rehabilitation, specifically handling musculoskeletal injuries
- Solid experience in patient assessment, treatment planning, and direct care
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, their families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Ability to adapt treatment strategies for diverse patient personalities and needs
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in an outpatient clinical setting
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Specific expertise in advanced therapeutic modalities
- Specialty certifications
