Job Summary
Conduct orthopedic physical therapy sessions in patients' homes, performing accurate assessments and developing customized treatment strategies for recovery from surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Utilize evidence-based methodologies including manual therapy and rehabilitation exercises to optimize outcomes while educating families on injury prevention and home exercises. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians and nurses to coordinate comprehensive care for diverse populations ranging from pediatric to elderly patients. Work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM in an onsite setting.
Required Qualifications
- A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational institution
- An active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey
- A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a physical therapy setting
- Experience or specialization in orthopedic physical therapy
