Job Summary
Conduct thorough orthopedic assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for patients recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, or chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Deliver direct therapy services in home care settings using advanced manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and neuromuscular re-education to enhance mobility and recovery. Continuously evaluate patient progress, adjust strategies as needed, and educate families on injury prevention and home exercise programs. Document all interactions and treatment plans meticulously to ensure compliance with state regulations.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- A valid state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills tailored specifically for orthopedic conditions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth in specialized orthopedic practices
