Job Summary
Conduct thorough orthopedic patient evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans and implement evidence-based interventions for pain management and functional mobility. Deliver high-quality care including in-home treatment options and patient education, while maintaining accurate documentation and communicating with healthcare professionals. Assess strategies to prevent functional disorders and ensure compliance with physician recommendations and agency policies. Requires a Florida license, three years of outpatient orthopedic experience, and CPR/First Aid certification. Salary range $90,000–$120,000; benefits include health insurance, PTO, and tuition reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited physical therapy program
- A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Florida
- A minimum of three years of experience working in an outpatient orthopedic setting
- Certification in First Aid, AED, and CPR
- Proficiency with computer skills, including various documentation systems and word processing applications
