Job Summary
Assess and evaluate patients of all ages with orthopedic conditions, then design and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations. Utilize evidence-based practices including hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercises, and education to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team comprising physicians, nurses, and other therapists to ensure coordinated care delivery. Maintain accurate patient records and document treatment progress regularly while participating in team meetings and case discussions. Deliver educational sessions for patients and families regarding injury prevention, home exercise programs, and recovery techniques. Work Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM in our onsite outpatient office in Elizabethport, NJ, serving individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and musculoskeletal conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- An active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey
- At least 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist
- Focus on orthopedic rehabilitation
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills
- Ability to apply critical thinking in clinical scenarios
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Essential for effective patient interaction
- Collaboration with colleagues

- Advanced knowledge or certification in orthopedic physical therapy techniques
- Experience with specific populations, such as athletes
