Job Summary
Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical functions, including strength and mobility, using advanced diagnostic techniques to identify individual treatment needs. Develop personalized therapy programs aimed at restoring function and alleviating pain by implementing manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and neuromuscular re-education strategies. Provide education and guidance to patients and families regarding injury prevention, rehabilitation protocols, and home exercise programs to foster independence. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, case managers, and nursing staff to optimize treatment outcomes and ensure continuity of care. Work onsite Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM with an average patient volume of two per hour.
Required Qualifications
- A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Nevada
- A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent from an accredited institution
- Demonstrated competency in orthopedic and sports medicine settings, with strong manual therapy skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building rapport with patients and collaborating with healthcare partners
- A genuine passion for helping patients achieve meaningful recovery, showcasing empathy and understanding throughout the rehabilitation process
- Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment
- Minimum of 2 years of experience

- Background in specialized therapy practices, including sports therapy or post-operative rehabilitation programs
