Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical function, strength, and mobility to develop individualized treatment plans. Implement personalized therapy programs using manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and neuromuscular re-education while educating patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention. Coordinate with physicians, case managers, and nurses to optimize patient outcomes and ensure a seamless continuum of care for those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and musculoskeletal disorders. Work Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM in an onsite facility equipped with state-of-the-art resources.
Required Qualifications
- A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Nevada
- A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or its equivalent from an accredited institution
- Clinical competency in orthopedic and sports medicine settings
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for helping patients achieve meaningful recovery through compassionate care
- The ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a collaborative team
Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of practical experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting
- Demonstrable experience designing and implementing customized therapeutic programs
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and documentation practices
