Job Summary
Evaluate and assess patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions to develop personalized treatment plans. Utilize therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and advanced modalities to alleviate pain and enhance mobility. Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and progress while regularly reassessing goals based on patient response. Educate patients and caregivers on self-care techniques and assistive device usage. Participate in continuing education initiatives to stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices. This full-time onsite role in Chantilly, Virginia, offers a salary of $100,000 to $120,000 with flexible Monday through Friday scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- A Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- A valid state license to practice physical therapy
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in computer skills, including documentation systems and word processing
- Flexibility and agility to accommodate diverse patient needs and dynamic rehabilitation settings
