Job Summary
Conduct thorough patient evaluations to establish treatment goals and craft personalized plans involving exercises, hands-on techniques, and equipment. Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions while documenting progress and tracking responses to ensure compliance. Provide patient and family education on injury prevention, exercise strategies, and assistive device usage. Engage in ongoing professional development to maintain expertise in orthopedic rehabilitation. Work onsite at our Clearwater, Florida facility, serving diverse populations from pediatrics to geriatrics. Required Qualifications
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT)
- Valid state license to practice physical therapy in Florida
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with patients and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong proficiency in utilizing electronic medical records systems for documentation and reporting
- Ability to adapt and respond quickly to changing patient conditions and needs
Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of two years of experience in orthopedic physical therapy
- Experience working in a rehabilitation facility or clinical setting where collaboration with other healthcare professionals is critical
