Orthopedic Physical Therapist - Full-Time at Mind and Body Wellness

Assess patients' rehabilitation goals and tailor treatment plans to meet individual needs while managing a caseload of one patient per hour. Utilize evidence-based practices to develop comprehensive programs including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and functional training, guiding patients through recovery by reducing pain and optimizing physical functionality. Document treatment processes thoroughly and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive care, encouraging active patient participation in adherence to wellness protocols. This role serves patients recovering from orthopedic injuries and surgeries in a 5,000-square-foot outpatient center in Stamford, CT. A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) and valid Connecticut license are required.
