Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical abilities and functional needs to assess orthopedic conditions. Design and implement customized treatment plans targeting strength, balance, and overall function through therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities. Monitor patient progress, adjust interventions as necessary, and communicate protocols to patients and families. Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with state regulations and participate in team meetings to discuss care strategies. Work onsite in an outpatient setting treating adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients recovering from surgeries, injuries, and chronic pain.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field
- Current and active Physical Therapy License in the state of California
- A solid foundational knowledge of clinical practices and terminologies relevant to physical therapy
- Exceptional attention to detail for accurate record-keeping and treatment documentation
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A minimum of two years of working experience as a Licensed Physical Therapist
