Job Summary
Conduct thorough assessments of patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain to establish tailored treatment plans. Provide one-on-one therapeutic sessions emphasizing improved motion and mobility while utilizing manual therapy and evidence-based practices to facilitate recovery. Monitor patient progress diligently, adjusting treatment plans as needed, and document all interactions comprehensively using EMR software. Educate patients and families on conditions and preventive measures, motivating them throughout their rehabilitation journey. Work Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm in a collaborative outpatient setting.
Required Qualifications
- A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT)
- An active Physical Therapist license in Virginia
- No history of sanctions or board proceedings
- Comprehensive knowledge of manual therapy modalities
- Ability to execute successful exercise programs
- Proficiency in EMR software
- Experience with Web PT platform

- Previous experience in orthopedic outpatient care
- Demonstrated success in developing individualized exercise regimens and treatment plans
- Previous experience working in a collaborative healthcare environment
