Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' conditions to identify specific objectives and needs, managing a scheduled caseload of one patient per hour. Implement treatment modalities including manual therapy, individualized exercise programs, and evidence-based interventions to promote recovery. Regularly evaluate treatment outcomes, monitor progress, and adjust therapy plans as necessary to achieve optimal results. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create a multidisciplinary approach and document all interactions using the WebPT EMR system. Advocate for patients by promoting lifestyle changes that enhance strength and flexibility.
Required Qualifications
- A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
- A valid Virginia state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
- A clean professional record without any history of disciplinary actions against your license.
- Proven expertise in manual therapy techniques and a strong foundation in orthopedic evaluations.
- Exceptional skill in developing and implementing individualized exercise protocols.
- Experience utilizing the WebPT EMR software for documentation and patient management.
