Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred for orthopedic rehabilitation, assessing physical limitations and developing customized treatment plans. Utilize therapeutic methods including exercise therapy, manual techniques, and advanced modalities to alleviate pain and promote healing. Monitor and document patient progress meticulously by maintaining accurate records of treatment responses and updating therapeutic goals. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment protocols, adaptive strategies for daily living, and the proper use of assistive devices. Participate in interdisciplinary meetings to collaborate on patient care strategies. Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in physical therapy through continuing education. This full-time onsite role in Vancouver, WA, offers a salary of $90,000 to $100,000 annually with benefits including a sign-on bonus, flexible hours, and 401k matching.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
- A valid state license to practice physical therapy in Washington
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and documentation practices
