Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions to develop personalized rehabilitation treatment plans focusing on restoring mobility, reducing pain, and improving balance. Implement and adapt treatment protocols based on ongoing assessments, educate patients and families on home exercise programs, and participate in clinical instruction for interns and new staff. Prepare and present at least one in-service annually and engage in clinical research initiatives to advance best practices in orthopedic physical therapy. This full-time role in Wayne, New Jersey, serves diverse clients ranging from athletes to elderly individuals, with a salary range of $110,000 to $130,000.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active New Jersey State Physical Therapy license
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in orthopedic physical therapy
