Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions using specialized assessment tools to develop customized treatment plans aligned with recovery goals. Implement therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, exercises, modalities, and gait training to improve mobility and reduce pain. Participate in clinical education by training interns and students, while preparing at least one in-service annually to share clinical insights. Collaborate with physicians and team members to coordinate care and identify opportunities for clinical research initiatives. Work onsite at our modern rehabilitation center in Passaic, NJ, serving diverse populations with orthopedic conditions ranging from post-operative rehabilitation to chronic pain. Full-time role with a salary of $110,000 to $130,000 annually.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- An active New Jersey State Physical Therapy license
- A minimum of two years of experience in orthopedic physical therapy practice
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement individualized treatment strategies based on clinical assessments
Desired Qualifications
- Board certification in Orthopedic Physical Therapy
- Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems for efficient patient documentation and progress tracking
- Prior experience in a rehabilitation center or outpatient clinical setting
