Job Summary
Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patient conditions and establish rehabilitation goals. Design and implement tailored treatment plans utilizing evidence-based techniques for orthopedic recovery. Administer hands-on interventions including manual therapy, modalities, and progressive exercises to promote mobility and strength. Track patient progress meticulously, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and document all care using our electronic health record system. Provide education to patients and families regarding recovery processes, injury prevention, and home exercise regimens. Work onsite at our Bayonne, New Jersey rehabilitation center with a multidisciplinary team. Full-time position with a salary range of USD 110,000 to 130,000 per year.
Required Qualifications
- A Master's degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey
- A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in physical therapy
- A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in physical therapy, preferably with a focus on orthopedics
