Job Summary
Conduct thorough evaluations to establish patient profiles and develop comprehensive treatment plans integrating evidence-based techniques for orthopedic conditions. Utilize therapeutic modalities and exercise programs customized for individual requirements, while monitoring progress and adjusting strategies to achieve optimal outcomes. Motivate and educate patients throughout their recovery journey, promote self-management, and engage in regular consultations with healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care. Ensure all treatments comply with state regulations and ethical guidelines. Work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at our Hoboken facility, serving patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal issues.
Required Qualifications
- A Master's (MPT) or Doctorate (DPT) degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- An active, valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
- A minimum of three years of clinical experience in physical therapy, particularly within orthopedic outpatient settings.
- A clean record, free of any board disciplinary actions.
- Expertise in manual therapy techniques and exercise program design.
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience working in a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Demonstrated ability to manage patient caseload efficiently while ensuring high standards of care.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems for documentation and communication.
