Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients with musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions using standardized assessments. Design and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices, delivering manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities consistently. Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and lifestyle modifications while documenting progress to comply with clinic standards. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss care strategies and treatment outcomes. Work Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM with a salary ranging from $110,000 to $125,000 annually.
Required Qualifications
- A valid Physical Therapist license in California or eligibility for licensure
- A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or an equivalent qualification
- Strong clinical reasoning skills
- Proficiency in manual therapy techniques
- Exceptional communication skills
- A team-oriented mindset
- The capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary setting
Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation
- Prior experience in a rehabilitation center setting
- Proficiency in current therapeutic modalities and rehabilitation technologies
