Job Summary
Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical health, mobility, and functional limitations to establish tailored treatment goals. Create and implement individualized treatment plans that consider the patient's personal objectives and recovery timelines. Deliver hands-on therapy techniques, including manual therapy and therapeutic exercises, to aid recovery from a wide spectrum of orthopedic and sports-related injuries. Utilize electronic medical record (EMR) systems, such as WebPT, to document patient progress while employing evidence-based practices. Engage in regular consultations with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate care and optimize therapy outcomes. Provide education and encourage active participation of patients in their recovery processes. Work Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM in an outpatient orthopedic setting in Henderson, NV.
Required Qualifications
- A Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Valid and active Physical Therapy license in the State of Nevada
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience directly related to orthopedic physical therapy
- Proficient in manual therapy techniques
- Solid understanding of rehabilitation principles

- Background in sports physical therapy
- Certifications in specialized rehabilitation techniques
