Job Summary
Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments for patients referred by physicians, determining individual treatment needs and goals. Design and implement personalized therapeutic programs utilizing research-driven practices to facilitate recovery for orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases. Treat diverse conditions by applying innovative modalities in alignment with physicians' care plans while delivering exceptional customer service and educating patients on home management strategies. Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary team members to enhance outcomes and maintain accurate documentation per regulatory standards. Meet established utilization and performance metrics to contribute to business objectives. This full-time, onsite role at Clearwater Valley Rehabilitation Center offers a salary of $100,000 to $120,000 with comprehensive benefits including performance incentives, 401k profit sharing, and paid parental leave.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-approved program
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist in Florida
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with patients and team members
- Proficient in basic computer skills, including word processing and electronic health records management
