Job Summary
Conduct thorough evaluations for patients referred by physicians, formulating and implementing tailored treatment plans for orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine conditions. Administer therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, exercise programs, and patient education while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to maximize outcomes. Provide high-quality customer service and engage with patients and caregivers to support their recovery journey. Meet or exceed established utilization goals and participate in achieving overall business objectives. Work onsite at the Richmond outpatient office with state-of-the-art rehabilitation technology.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution
- Current and valid state license for physical therapy in Virginia
- Minimum of two years of experience as a physical therapist, preferably with an emphasis on orthopedics
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Competency in word processing and utilizing electronic health record systems

- Specializations in areas such as sports medicine or pediatric therapy
- Experience with outcome-based practice methodologies or patient-centric care frameworks
- History of engaging in professional development and continuous education in the field of physical therapy
