Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine conditions. Provide skilled therapeutic care directly at the clinic using evidence-based practices, while consulting and educating patients and caregivers on self-management techniques. Engage with diverse age groups to foster strong therapeutic relationships and exceed minimum utilization goals to support the clinic's financial performance. Work a full-time 40-hour schedule Monday through Friday in our outpatient office.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or higher educational qualifications, such as a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT)
- A valid State License to practice Physical Therapy in Virginia
- Minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in a physical therapy setting
- Current Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association
- Skills in both verbal and written communication
- Proficiency in word processing and basic computer skills for documenting patient care and treatment outcomes

- Prior experience in an orthopedic rehabilitation setting
- A history of developing strong, therapeutic client relationships
- Involvement in community activities or outreach programs related to health and wellness
