Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patient goals and rehabilitation needs, then design and implement individualized treatment plans incorporating manual therapy and specific exercise protocols. Maintain high patient engagement during one-on-one sessions while employing evidence-based practices to evaluate treatment efficacy and adjust plans as necessary. Educate patients on non-invasive alternatives and lifestyle modifications to promote long-term wellness, and maintain accurate documentation using WebPT EMR Software to track progress. Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient care strategies and contribute to continuous improvement within our established orthopedic outpatient facility.
Required Qualifications
- A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution
- An active state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Significant experience in orthopedic outpatient settings
- Diverse skill set in manual therapy techniques
- Ability to create customized exercise programs
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with digital patient documentation systems, particularly WebPT EMR Software
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an orthopedic rehabilitation setting
- Proven track record of successful patient outcomes
- Continued education or certifications in specialized therapeutic techniques, such as dry needling or sports rehabilitation
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team environment
