Job Summary
Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient goals and needs, then manage a load of one individual per hour for focused treatment sessions. Utilize evidence-based practices to develop comprehensive care plans incorporating tailored techniques, while implementing cost-effective strategies to improve mobility and explore non-surgical alternatives. Offer customized fitness and wellness programs to enhance recovery, monitor progress to adapt plans based on feedback, and document all services meticulously. Foster interdisciplinary collaboration by communicating closely with healthcare professionals. Primary focus includes guiding active individuals recovering from surgeries or injuries through non-invasive options.
Required Qualifications
- A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution
- Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of California, with no history of disciplinary actions
- Proficient in manual therapy methodologies and developing effective exercise routines
- Strong experience using electronic medical record (EMR) systems such as WebPT
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster patient rapport and collaboration with team members
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in orthopedic outpatient care
