Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine individual patient needs and goals, then implement tailored care plans utilizing manual therapy and specific exercise regimens. Manage a scheduled load of one patient per hour while monitoring treatment effectiveness and adapting plans to achieve optimal outcomes. Encourage engagement in non-surgical options to minimize pain medication dependency and develop personalized fitness programs aligned with rehabilitation objectives. Document all interactions, therapies, and progress accurately to maintain comprehensive healthcare records. Work onsite Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm in a state-of-the-art sports medicine facility, collaborating with physicians and occupational therapists to support diverse patients recovering from sports injuries, surgeries, and chronic pain.
Required Qualifications
- A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of California
- No history of board actions or disciplinary measures against your license
- Demonstrated strong manual therapy skills
- Ability to adapt assessments to the needs of the patient
- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software such as WebPT
- Proficiency in using these technologies in patient management

- Prior clinical experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting
- Experience in treating sports-related injuries and conditions
