Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients, including medical histories and functional ability assessments, to develop personalized treatment plans. Implement tailored interventions using manual therapy, strength training, and mobility exercises to optimize recovery for adults recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and musculoskeletal issues. Regularly monitor progress, modify plans based on responsiveness, and educate patients and families on self-management strategies. Actively participate in team meetings to communicate patient progress and collaborate on care solutions within our outpatient orthopedic facility in Tampa, Florida.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of experience in physical therapy, particularly in an orthopedic or outpatient setting
- Proven expertise in manual therapy techniques and hands-on treatment approaches
- Experience in working with a broad range of patient demographics, demonstrating versatility in care
