Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify patient needs and establish personalized treatment objectives for orthopedic patients recovering from injuries and surgeries. Efficiently manage a caseload averaging one patient per hour by designing rehabilitation programs that encompass manual therapy techniques, exercise prescription, and customized fitness plans. Monitor progress through rigorous assessments and documentation while collaborating with physicians and specialists to coordinate care and advocate for lifestyle modifications. Work Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM in a 5,000-square-foot outpatient facility equipped with state-of-the-art sports medicine technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution
- Current and valid licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of California
- Clear licensure record with no disciplinary actions or board incidents
- Strong competency in manual therapy techniques and exercise prescription
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) platforms, particularly WebPT

- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in an orthopedic outpatient setting
- Proven success in developing individualized treatment plans that meet diverse patient needs
