Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to formulate personalized treatment plans for orthopedic conditions, sports injuries, and musculoskeletal issues. Implement evidence-based protocols, collaborate with physicians and occupational therapists, and monitor patient progress to update care as needed. Communicate findings clearly with patients and families while managing time to meet productivity expectations. Participate in discharge planning, engage in community outreach, and contribute to departmental goals and compliance. Take initiative in continuing education, mentoring new staff, and serving as a clinical instructor for students. This full-time onsite role at our Stafford, Virginia facility supports a diverse patient population, including teenagers and seniors, with advanced rehabilitative technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited physical therapy program
- Valid state licensure as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) in Virginia
- A minimum of two years of clinical experience in an orthopedic setting
- Current CPR certification
