Job Summary
Deliver personalized physical therapy sessions in accordance with each patient's specific goals, applying expertise in orthopedic rehabilitation including manual therapies and exercise programs. Craft comprehensive care plans integrating multiple therapeutic approaches, design specialized fitness programs, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to refine treatment protocols. Continuously assess treatment responses to adjust strategies and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations. This role involves working onsite at Regis Spine And Joint Medicine Center in Woodbridge, VA, from 9 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday, serving patients recovering from orthopedic procedures, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) program
- An active Physical Therapist license in the state of Virginia with no history of sanctions or board proceedings
- Proficient in manual therapy techniques and exercise program development
- Competent in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems, specifically familiar with Web PT
- Demonstrable knowledge of contemporary physical therapy practices supported by current research
- Work onsite at our facility
- Operating hours are from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday
