Job Summary
Orthopedic Physician Assistant opportunity with Dignity Health Medical Group – North State in Redding, CA. Responsibilities include a mix of outpatient clinic and operating room duties, conducting consultations and follow-ups, performing procedures such as joint injections and aspirations, ordering and interpreting diagnostics, and providing first-assist care in surgery within a physician-led, team-oriented orthopedic practice. Requires CA PA licensure, completion of an accredited PA program, and at least 1 year of orthopedic surgery experience. Offers sign-on and relocation bonuses, competitive salary of $145k–$155k plus productivity incentives, generous PTO, 100% employer-paid medical/dental/malpractice, CME stipend, retirement plan, and PSLF-eligible position; located at a single hospital/clinic site in Northern California with excellent work-life balance.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Current and unrestricted California license and certification
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Orthopedic Surgery required
- First-assist surgical experience and comfort in both clinic and OR settings
